Details of the Project:

1. All materials used in the project implementation are certified by TSE. The building will be completed according to earthquake regulations and conditions established by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, with samples taken from licensed companies and necessary controls conducted. The results of the samples taken in the building will be preserved and submitted to the building management upon completion.

2. All products used in electrical installations must also comply with TSE and CE standards.

3. Insulation materials will be used for external thermal insulation.

4. A central heating system will be provided.

5. Infrastructure for split air conditioners will be installed in the living room and bedrooms.

6. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets will be custom-made according to the needs of various apartment types.

7. The ceramics used will be from Kütahya, Çanakkale, and Bien brands, with ECA and Artema brands preferred for 8-inch fixtures.

8. A stove, hood, and oven will be integrated into the kitchen.

9. Floors in the bedrooms and living room will be covered with laminate flooring, and sound insulation will be provided on the walls connecting them to neighboring apartments.

The exterior doors of the apartments will be made of steel doors from the Kale or SUR brands.

The  project will ensure the security of the facility with 24/7 surveillance cameras and security personnel on site. There is also a two-story underground parking lot, protecting your vehicle from seasonal factors.
